Vin de Pays d'Oc
Grape variety :
100% Sauvignon
Type of soil :
Limestone, broken stone, and quartz. Facing South.
Vinification :
Selected vineyards, grapes selected and enzymes added on reception, pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C for 6 hours, static racking of the must, low temperature during 24h,alcoholic fermentation at 16-17°C, sterilized filtration.
Alcool :
12.5%Vol.
Oenologists :

TASTING
     
Hue : Brilliant yellow with green highlights.
Nose : Powerfull and fresh, notes of exotic fruits, and then boxtree indicate all the character of sauvignon.
Palette : Fresh and fruity, its roundness and its youth enchant us.
   
GASTRONOMY
   
Serve chilled (6-8°C). Its full flavour comes out best with seafood or grilled fish or with an apéritif.

TASTING
     
Hue : Colour very fresh with shades of pink shiny.
Noze : Aromas of red fruit.
Palette : Fresh and fruity with a lot of roundess.
   
GASTRONOMY
   
Serve at 8-9°C. Its full flavour comes out best with seafood or with grilled squid.

Hue : Colour red purplish-blue with shiny highlights.
Noze : Aromas of red fruit and violet
Palette : Fresh and fruity with feelhing of grenadine sweet and pleasant.

Serve at 10-12°C. Excellent with grilled chestnut, grilled meat or grilled ceps.
