Vinification :
Selected vineyards, grapes selected and enzymes added on reception. Post fermentation, maceration during some days. alcohol fermentation at 28°C, pre-fermentation maceration for 3 weeks. Filtration et stabilisation.
Alcool :
12.5%Vol.

TASTING NOTES
     
Hue : Black, intense with violet highlights.
Nose : notes of red berries and liquorice
Palate : Frankly, fruity, well structured. Supple finish.
GASTRONOMY

Grapes selected and enzymes added on reception, pressurage direct, cold stabilisation during 48h at 8°C, static settling of the must fermentation at low temperature. Filtration, cold stabilisation

TASTING NOTES
     
Hue : Pale yellow with gold tints
Nose : intense, aromas of citrus and lemon, white flowers notes
Palate : Attack round, slightly muscat notes
   
GASTRONOMY

TASTING NOTES
     
Hue : Crimson with purple highlights.
Nose : Intense bouquet of red fruit with hints of spice.
Palate : Supple attack; a fruity, harmonious, soft and full wine with a long liquorice finish.
GASTRONOMY
   
Serve at 12-14°C. Excellent with casseroles, red meat and cheese.
