OENOLOGY

Appellation: AOC Coteaux du Languedoc Picpoul de Pinet .
Grape variety : 100 % Picquepoul.
Vinification:Selected vineyards, grapes selected and enzymes added on reception, pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C for 6 hours, static racking of the must, low temperature alcoholic fermentation.

TASTING NOTES
Well-balanced and lively with plenty of body, a harmonious wine typical of the Piquepoul variety.
Colourr: Brilliant yellow with green highlights.

Robe : Jaune brillant avec des reflets verts.
Noze : Fine and fresh with a fruity, floral aroma. A long-lasting bouquet with a suggestion of citrus fruit.
Palate : Lively and fresh with hints of citrus fruit and flowers, followed by a light, refreshing bitterness.

GASTRONOMY
Serve chilled (6-8°C).
Its full flavour comes out best with seafood or grilled fish.
Best drunk in the year it is sold.
Bottled in the Pinet, a customised Véronique-type bottle of 37.5cl or 75cl.
